Facial Hair

applying facial hair was really fun to do it required a small cheap or old brush (cheap and old due to the fact it would be covered in adhesive and hair )
i started of by cutting small pieces of hair into a bowl and depending on your colour model i mixed the colours do some light brown some darker browns so it looks a bit more natural i then applied adhesive to the parts on the body where i wanted the hair to be placed and using my old bush i dipped it in the bowl of hair and lightly dabbed over the areas where the glue was.
There i had my very own version of conchita wurst!

Natural Makeup

for this natural makeup look i started by cleaning the face then setting with primer and starting from the middle of the face i used minimal foundation and spread outwards towards he rest of the face then blend into the skin with a blending brush using a ting bit of concealer under the eyes but instead of using a brush using your fingertips to reduce puffyness the using a makeup pad gently press some powder onto the face . on the eye lashes using mascara only brushing under the lashes for a more natural look and finally you could wither finish with slightly coloured lip gloss of just lip balm

Hollywood Hair

i was very nerved when doing this only because i get nervous doing hair in general but i was fairly surprised how this turned out.
for this hairstyle i started of by using the "brick layer" method meaning i started from the middle of the hair with a neat section of hair and using my heated roller i rolled the hair inwards using my pin tail comb to make sure the hair was not loose around the roller i then secured the roller with a clip. i then carried on this though working down the head using the brick layers method. mid way done the back of the head i used the same method by changed the direction of the roller facing to the side of the head so that the curls would fall either side with the front of the hair where the side parting was i used the rollers to the side so the front of the hair would fall down the face.
when the roller where fully set i removed them and with my paddle brush gently brush the curls together for Hollywood styled hair

my look

for my continuity assessment my look is a fairly simple makeup look with red lips top eyeliner and a slight blush on the lips for a office worker type of look

Wigs, Wigs and more Wigs

trying different wigs on my model was really fun its amazing how different hair style, shape or colour can change a person completely i started of by french plaiting my models hair and pinning the end in either side of her head making sure there were no loose pieces of hair hanging out i then used a wig cap and cover her head with it making sure all the hair was covered and then it was a matter of trying on as many different wigs i could when putting on the wigs i asked my model hold the front of the withe two finger on either side and pull down while i pulled down the back of the wig making sure is was fitting properly over the head.
